The important steps for new students

Step 1

Record the student bibliography

  1. New students go to https://ces.wu.ac.th/registrar/login.asp
  2. Login to the system
  3. Record your student bibliography
  4. Save and print your bibliography  to PDF document

Step 2

Send the photo for student card

Student Card

  • Take a photo in formal uniform
    W x H = 252 x 280 pixel
    OR 2.1 cm x 2.4 cm
    the resolution at least 300 dpi
  • Rename to 0327_Student code Ex. 0327_63XXXX.jpeg
  • Send to CES via the form below

Step 3

Submit the student registration report to CGS

  1. Print the the student registration report to PDF
  2. Prepare the attachments as mentioned by CGS (more information as message from CGS)
  3. Submit the student registration report via the google form below

  2. Prepare the attachments as mentioned by CGS (more information as message from CGS)
  3. Submit the student registration report via the google form below

Step 4

WU Pass Registration

Students MUST record your student bibliography in STEP1 before perform the WU PASS Registration

  • For Thai, students can do this step after record the student bibliography 24 – 48 h.
  • For the international students, please waiting for your G-Code from CES before perform this step

Step 5

Inform your study plan to CGS via GRADMS

***The academician of each program OR CGS staff will inform username & password to students later***

Thai Students

  • record the student biography and submit to CGS within

14 January 2022

The attach documents are following;
1. A Copy of Transcript of Record
2. A Copy of Graduation Certification
3. A Copy of Marriage Certificate  (for marriages)
4. A Copy of National ID Card/Passport
5. A Copy of Registry
6. A Copy of Proof of Change in name/surname (in case of the name/surname have been changed)
7. A Printed the record form from CES system with signature
***All documents should be processed to pdf file and submit all attachments via Google form 

International Students

  • fill out the Google form with attach all request documents within

15 October 2021

The attach documents are following;
1. A Copy of Transcript of Record

2. A Copy of Graduation Certification
3. A Copy of National ID Card/Passport

All Students

  • record your study plan in GRADMS within

31 January 2022

***The academician of each program OR CGS staff will inform username & password to students later (within a week after the orientation)***
