Record the student bibliography

*Please complete this step within November 11 – 18, 2025

  1. New students go to https://ces.wu.ac.th/registrar/login.asp
  2. Login to the system
  3. Record your student bibliography
  4. Save the record
  5. Print the result and save as PDF file
  6. Submit the PDF file to CGS via the given link

Student card

  • Application form for Krung Thai Card (TH version) >> download<<
  • National ID Card (Thai students)
    Passport (International students)
  • Image file
    W x H = 252 x 280 pixel
    OR 2.1 cm x 2.4 cm
    the resolution – at least 300 dpi the image size – at least 500 KB
  • Rename the image file to Student code Ex. 6829XXXX.jpeg

*Please complete this step within November 25, 2025
**Students submit all documents and file themselves at Building A, Walailak Hospital. ***International students need to submit more additional document which is letter of student certification (ask for this letter from CES counter at Thaiburi Building).

WU PASS Registration

  1. Check your information on CES system (student ID/date of birth/passport no.).
  2. Register WU PASS on passport website (https://passport.wu.ac.th).
  3. Complete all the fields

* Students MUST complete the recording of student biography prior performing Step3.
**Please note that international students need to enter their date of birth in the Thai Buddhist Era (B.E.). For example, if your birth date is January 1, 1985, you should enter it as 01012528. To convert the A.D. year to the B.E. year, simply add 543 to the A.D.

Payment

  1. Go to https://ces.wu.ac.th/registrar/home.asp
  2. Login to the system
  3. Select “Enrollment Result” / “ผลการลงทะเบียน”
  4. “Print payment statement” / “พิมพ์ใบแจ้งยอดชำระเงิน”
  5. Choose
    5.1 “Stuff deposit fee” / “ค่าประกันของเสียหาย” (6,000 THB)
    5.2 “Accident Insurance” / “ค่าประกันอุบัติเหตุ” (150 THB)

*Please complete this step within December 1, 2025
