College of Graduate Studies, Walailak University, in collaboration with: 1) Universiti Sians Malaysia, 2) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, 3) Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakata, 4) Open Edutainment, 5) Center for International Affairs, Walailak University, organized “The 5th Conference in Management: Winter 2023” on December 16th, 2023, at Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. This conference served as a platform for academicians, researchers, and postgraduate students around the world to share their research findings, which led to building academic cooperation networks, developing further research, and developing research into innovation to encourage research development that is more stable, prosperous, and sustainable and truly meets the needs of society.

At this event, we got the opportunity from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dianwicaksih Arieftiara from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, Indonesia, to give a special talk under the conference theme “Sustainable Business Management and Communicating Value to Stakeholders.”
