Walailak University - Refer a Friend Program

What is the Referral Program?

The Referral Program at Walailak University is designed to encourage current students and alumni to refer friends, family members, or colleagues to apply for the university’s Ph.D. programs. Participants who successfully refer someone who enrolls and begins their studies at the university will receive a 5,000 THB reward as a token of appreciation.

Purpose of the Referral Program

The purpose of this program is to:

  • Promote Walailak University’s graduate programs through trusted personal networks.
  • Encourage community involvement by empowering students and alumni to share academic opportunities.
  • Expand the university’s reach to highly motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reward and recognize those who contribute to the growth of the academic community.

How to Refer Someone?

Step 1: Submit the Referral Form

  • If you are a current student or have previously inquired/applied to Walailak University, fill out the Referral Form using the email address you initially used to contact the university.
  • Provide the necessary details, including:
    • Your full name and student ID (if applicable)
    • Your contact information

Step 2: Your Friend Applies

  • The referred individual must apply for a Ph.D. degree programme at Walailak University.
  • During the application process, they should mention your name and referral details in the designated section of the application form.

Step 3: Confirm your referral information

  • Regis to the https://referral.gradwalailak.com/form/pages/recommend/
  • Fill in the details of the referred applicant and any other required information.
  • The university admissions team will review the referred candidate’s application.
  • If the candidate successfully enrolls and meets all requirements, your referral will be verified.

Step 4: Receive Your Reward

  • Once the referred student has officially enrolled, you will receive a 5,000 THB reward as a thank-you for your referral.
  • Payment will be processed within a specified period after confirmation of enrollment.

Terms & Conditions

  • The referral must be submitted before the referred student applies.
  • The referred student must be a new applicant (not a re-enrollment or transfer).
  • The reward is applicable only for successful Ph.D. enrollments.
  • Walailak University reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.
