The College of Graduate Studies Welcomes New Students for Semester 1/2025 On Monday, June 16, 2025, the College of Graduate Studies (CGS), Walailak University (WU) hosted the Graduate Student Orientation at the Sithammarat Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Architecture and Design Building, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
The orientation began with an impressive introductory video showcasing Walailak University, followed by opening remarks from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mullica Jaroensutasinee, Vice President overseeing the CGS. A warm welcome speech was then delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phongpichit Channuie, Dean of the CGS at WU.
Throughout the morning session, new students were introduced to essential services and academic guidance, including:
Educational Guidelines by the College of Graduate Studies
Study Registration System by the Center for Educational Services
Libraries and Databases by the Center of Library Resources and Educational Media
Digital Services for New Students by the Center for Digital Technology
Students also had the chance to meet graduate seniors, exchange experiences, and build early connections within the academic community. In the afternoon, the on-site participants joined a campus tour, exploring key facilities and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere of Walailak University firsthand.
