On April  22nd, 2025, the College of Graduate Studies (CGS), Walailak University (WU), hosted a Contract Signing event for graduate students  for round 2 of Academic Year 2025. The event took place in Meeting Room AD3411, the 3rd floor, Architecture and Design Building, Walailak University 

Asst.Prof.Dr. Apirak Payaka, Vice Dean of College of Graduate Studies, welcomed  the grantees. These grantees for round 2/2025 include 4 Ph.D. students and 3 Master’s students, under Graduate Research Fund. The vice dean also congratulated the students and reinforced the university’s commitment to high-quality graduate education, emphasizing the importance of producing research published in reputable journals.

After the speeches, staff from the CGS presented the key terms and conditions of the research fund contracts to ensure that grantees fully understood the commitments involved. An open forum was then held, allowing students to ask questions and share suggestions, ensuring clarity before signing the contracts. After that, the CGS staff informed the guideline for financial report management and introduced the research fund coordinator, who will serve as points of contact for any further inquiries.
