College of Graduate Studies, Walailak University, in collaboration with: 1) Universiti Sians Malaysia, 2) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, 3) Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakata, 4) Open Edutainment, organized “The 6th Conference in Management: Summer 2024” on May 25th, 2024, at Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. This conference served as a platform for academicians, researchers, and postgraduate students around the world to share their research findings, which led to building academic cooperation networks, developing further research, and developing research into innovation to encourage research development that is more stable, prosperous, and sustainable and truly meets the needs of society.

At this event, we got the opportunity from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nomahaza Mahadi from University Technology Malaysia, Malaysia to give a special talk under the conference theme “Thriving Beyond Crisis: The Sustainable Resilience Model in Organizational Management”.
