The College of Graduate Studies at Walailak University, in collaboration with the Division of Human Resources and Organization, organized “The National Conference on Routine to Research (R2R) for High Performance Organization 2024” on March 27th – 28th, 2024, at Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. This conference provided a platform for support staff, academicians, and students to share their research findings, which led to building academic cooperation networks, developing further research, and improving performance at work.

This conference was held on March 27th, 2024, via Zoom meeting. There were more than 50 participants during this event. We got the opportunity from Mr. Rewat Ratanakarn, Head of Council of University Administrative Staff of Thailand to give a special talk under the topic “The values of people development, job development, and organizational development.” Then, Upskill & Workshop for R2R was held on March 28th, 2024. This workshop was honored by Dr. Jarongsak Pumnuan, Scientist, Expert Level from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, to share on the topic “How to Write a Research Question: Routine to Research (R2R).” There were more than 40 participants in this event.
