On May 16, 2023, the College of Graduate Studies (CGS), Walailak University (WU) managed the training entitled “Choosing the Right Journals for Publications (Journal & Database)” presented by Mr.Kosin Sirirak, the Managing Editor of Trends in Sciences (TiS), at AD3501, the 3rd floor, Architecture and Design Building, Walailak University, simultaneously with the online platform via Zoom Cloud Application. There were 200 participants in this training.

The topics of this training were as follows:

• National Journal & National Database (TCI, ACI, The Civil Service Commission in Higher Education Institutions Announcement)
• International Journal & International Database (TCI, ACI, The Civil Service Commission in Higher Education Institutions Announcement)
• Quartile, SJR, CiteScore, Impact Factor • Journal finder, Journal suggester
• Choosing the right journals During the training, there were pre-tests and post-tests that all participants had to do.

At the end of the training, we also had a prize for the winner who got the highest score from the post-test. All participants received certificates as well.
