The College of Graduate Studies, Walailak University, participated in WU Innovation SDG Plus 2026, a university-wide platform bringing together 46 units of Walailak University to exchange ideas and innovations for reducing work time, simplifying procedures, and improving operational efficiency.

The first day of the event, held on August 25, 2026 at Phattarathammaporn Meeting Room, featured presentations from schools, colleges, and the College of Graduate Studies at Walailak University.

The College of Graduate Studies presented “GRAD-QUAL: Smart Graduate Qualification Monitoring Dashboard,” an innovation based on the concept of data integration. The system transforms existing data into accessible and actionable information to support decision-making. It reduces the workload associated with conventional data verification and presents key information through a dashboard, enabling staff and administrators to access essential data quickly and make more efficient decisions.

The innovation aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 8, 9, and 16, reflecting the use of data and technology to promote Smart Work, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable operational development.

Participation in WU Innovation SDG Plus 2026 provided the College of Graduate Studies with an opportunity not only to showcase its innovation but also to exchange ideas and approaches for applying technology and data to improve work processes. The initiative supports Walailak University’s vision of becoming a data-driven organization that reduces redundancy and creates sustainable outcomes.
