R2R article writing exchange visit

On April 2, 2026, the Center for Digital Journal Management and Multidisciplinary Academic Platform (DJMP), Walailak University, hosted a study visit delegation from the School of Business and Communication Arts, University of Phayao, at Meeting Room AD 3411, Architecture and Design Building. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phongpichit Channuie, Dean of the Graduate School, together with DJMP staff, warmly welcomed the delegation for a knowledge-exchange session under the theme “Research Article Writing for Supporting Staff.”

The visit aimed to strengthen academic skills among supporting staff, with a focus on transforming routine tasks into quality research outputs, and to build collaborative networks for publishing in national academic journals.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phongpichit Channuie, Editor-in-Chief of the Trends in Routine to Research (TR2R) journal, delivered a special lecture on “TR2R and an Editor’s Perspective on Research Article Writing,” covering techniques for identifying engaging research topics from everyday work and strategies for meeting academic journal standards.

In the afternoon, the visiting delegation presented their routine work and draft research ideas to receive expert feedback. A panel discussion on publication techniques was also led by Mr. Kosin Sirirak, Managing Editor of Trends in Sciences, and Mrs. Opor Ninlaart, Managing Editor of Asia Social Issues.

This event marks a significant step in fostering a research culture among supporting staff, driving knowledge-based organizational development and sustainable collaboration between Walailak University and the University of Phayao.
