PILOSOPHY
The program focuses on developing the new knowledge with academic rigor through modern management practices and researches. The graduates are expected to create new knowledge or innovations to driving a creative economy that can create economic value and competitive advantages for the locality and the nation. The graduates will be able to conduct research that will benefit the development of new innovations to cope with the ever-changing technological, social, economic and cultural changes. Additionally, the graduates are expected to manage existing resources such as labor, raw materials, budgets, etc. for maximum efficiency, contributing to the sustainability of the organization in the long run. Most importantly, they must be ethical and socially responsible by promoting the development of research or knowledge that is beneficial to creating competitive advantages in society and the economy that can be transferred to the public as well as being able to publish their works in international academic journals.

Doctor of Philosophy Program in Management (International Program) uses a system of teaching and learning according to the European Model, which is a research methodology, with the preparation of a thesis of high quality and to generate new knowledge. The program provides advanced study and research training opportunities to graduate students which will be a research-based degree leading to dissertations and publications.

Study Type 1.1 and 2.1 (For Master’s degree holders)
- Applicants must have a master’s degree or equivalent with not less than 2 years of working experience or with at least one paper published in a peer reviewed publication.
- ≥ 3.00 (on 4.00 scale) for Master’s degree holder
- Required English score of 500 points of TOEFL ITP or be equivalent (see English comparison table)

SELECTION PROCESS
- All received applications will be assessed and ranked against the eligible criteria for the available quota by the University committee.
- Outcome will be circulated after the selection process is finalized.

- Type 1.1 – Two published paper, or at least accepted for publishing, in international journals.
- Type 2.1 – A published paper, or at least accepted for publishing, in international journals
