College of Graduate Studies, Walailak University, organized “Turnitin Training: Academic Integrity & Similarity Checking for Graduate Students” on 2 September 2026 via Zoom. The online training was conducted in English and brought together 34 Thai and international graduate students.
The training provided participants with practical knowledge and skills in using Turnitin as a tool to support academic integrity. Participants learned how to submit academic work to Turnitin and interpret Similarity Reports, including how to distinguish text matches that may require revision from those that do not.
Through the training, participants gained a better understanding of how to review similarity results critically and revise their academic work appropriately in accordance with academic integrity principles and responsible academic writing practices.
The College of Graduate Studies extends its sincere appreciation to the speakers from the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media for sharing their expertise and to all graduate students who participated in the training and contributed to its success.
