The College of Graduate Studies (CGS) at Walailak University (WU) arranged a significant milestone on January 16th, 2024, with the hosting of a contract signing ceremony for students who received the Walailak University Graduate Scholarships (WUGS) for the second semester of the academic year 2023. The ceremony opened from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Khao Luang Chamber, located on the second floor of the Cooperative Education Building at Walailak University.

Twelve recipients, accompanied by their supervisors, participated in this event, underlining the commitment of both students and faculty to academic excellence. The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome and congratulations speech delivered by the Vice President, Associate Professor Dr. Charun Bunyakan, setting the tone for the auspicious occasion. Following this, the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Associate Professor Dr. Phongpichit Channuie, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the scholarship recipients.

The event unfolded with a presentation by CGS staff, highlighting the key aspects of the scholarship contract. Subsequently, the recipients had the opportunity to pose questions, ensuring clarity on various facets of the agreement. Finally, with informed insights and a clear understanding of their commitments, the recipients made their decisions official by signing the scholarship contracts, marking a significant step in their academic journey at Walailak University.
